Contemporary 4-bedroomed luxury villa with private heated infinity pool, swim-up pool bar, NEW JACUZZI for 2025, large BBQ area with sunken lounge & private gym with sauna.

Villa Verde is a very special villa located in the exclusive urbanisation of El Rosario, Marbella.  It has a contemporary open-plan layout with a breakfast bar kitchen, integrated appliances including washer-dryer, all cookware, glasses, crockery etc & bar stools. There is an inside & outside dining area, a lounge with a real wood-burning fireplace, a separate guest wc. From the lounge and dining room, there is a large covered terrace with large outside dining table & soft seating overlooking the pool.

The pool has a tropical design, with swim-up bar and an infinity pool perfect for relaxing. There are a selection of sunbeds, two day beds, a parasol shade and a solar shower. The pool bar and BBQ area include bar stools, an outdoor fridge, a large gas BBQ, sink and storage plus adjacent is the sunken lounge, perfect for enjoying the sunset and there is also an option to have the pool heated if you are visiting during the winter (PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS).

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, all of which have their own ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan & dressing tables. There are three double bedrooms located on the main floor each with their own patio or balcony with outdoor seating and the master bedroom suite, has its own private floating staircase to lower floor with access to its own garden terrace and a large ensuite bathroom which has both a walk-in shower and a free-standing bath-tub.

Outside, there is also access to the private gym which overlooks the pool, which includes 2 spinning bikes, a cross-trainer, free weights and bench,  private sauna, separate changing room & a dedicated bathroom.

Please note - this villa is NOT suitable for holding parties but it is a great base for visiting the fabulous beach clubs closeby and for going out to enjoy the nightlife in central Marbella or Puerto Banus.

LOCATION

The villa is located in the exclusive urbanization of El Rosario, Marbella with private off-road parking for 3-4 cars. It is just 5 minutes walk to the Royal tennis Club, a selection of shops, bars, restaurants, banks & a small supermarket. The beach is only a short walk, or a few minutes drive away and it is one of Marbella’s best white sandy beaches. There are sun-loungers to rent, a great selection of beach bars & restaurants plus lots of activities, watersports & many golf courses closeby.

It is around 10 mins drive to Marbella town centre & marina, with sandy bays and the picturesque Old Town with luxury boutiques and the famous Orange Square. It is 15 minutes drive to Puerto Banus, where you can enjoy the glamourous shopping, nightlife & marina and just 35 minutes from Malaga Airport.

SERVICES

The villa is installed with air conditioning throughout for both heating & cooling, a solar hot water system, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, built-in USB points for charging your phones etc, a security alarm and smoke detectors. There are also feature lights both inside & out and a colour-changing light in the swimming pool, so that you can enjoy using all of the different outside areas in the villa, as much in the evening as in the daytime.

There will be fresh bed linen and bathroom & pool/gym towels provided, plus a supply of gas for the BBQ & logs for the fireplace. And to help you settle in, you will also find complimentary toiletries in each bedroom & some welcome refreshments on arrival.

Our team is available throughout your stay, including meeting you at the villa with your keys and show you briefly how everything works at your check-in, & again at your checkout, so there is no need to collect keys or to arrange to drop off keys.
