Contemporary 5-bedroomed luxury villa with private heated pool, spa-hot tub,  pool bar & BBQ area with pizza oven.

Villa Ipomea is located in the centre of Elviria,  within very close walking distance to everything you might need for a perfect holiday or long-weekend break at any time of the year.

The villa has a contemporary open-plan layout and is fully equipped with an island kitchen overlooking the beautiful pool. It has integrated appliances, all cookware, glasses, crockery etc & breakfast bar stools. There is one inside & two outside dining areas, a lounge with an office space & feature fireplace,  separate guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine,  separate tumble dryer & a drying terrace.  From the lounge and kitchen, is the covered dining terrace plus a soft seating area adjacent to the pool. The pool has a beach-entry design and stepping stones to cross, there are timber sunbeds, a parasol shade, two ‘egg’ swing seats,  a hammock and a solar shower. The pool bar and BBQ area have a sink, outdoor fridge, large gas BBQ & a wood-burning pizza oven. This follows around to the rear garden with the spa-hot tub, mini football goals,  a table tennis table and direct access to the park behind with public gum machines and a children’s playpark, and there is an option to have the pool heated, if you are visiting during the winter. (Please ask for further details, or select the option to include the pool heating).

The villa has 4 main double bedrooms, all of which have their own ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, black-out curtains, TV & dressing table. There is one double bedroom located on the ground floor with access directly to the garden & hot tub and three double bedrooms on the first floor, one with a walk-in wardrobe & each with a small balcony or terrace.  From the upper landing,  there is access to a terrace overlooking the pool with an exterior staircase leading to the top floor,  where an independent 5^th bedroom is located plus a large sunbathing terrace with sea views.  (Please note,  this upper bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet & basin, but it does not have a shower.)

Please note - this villa is NOT suitable for holding parties but it is a great base for visiting the fabulous beach clubs closeby,  the many bars & restaurants in Elviria  or enjoying the nightlife in central Marbella or Puerto Banus.

LOCATION

The villa is located in a quiet street with private off-road parking for 1-2 cars. It is just a 2 minute walk to a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, taxi rank & buses and a local street market held every Friday. There is also access to the shops via the garden gate,  which leads into the park behind the villa. This park has shaded walks through the pine trees, an outside gym area & a children’s playpark.

The beach is around a 15 minute walk or a few minutes drive away and it is one of Marbella’s best white sandy beaches, with sun-loungers to rent, a great selection of beach bars & restaurants plus lots of activities, watersports & many golf courses closeby.

Marbella town centre and marina is about 15 mins drive,  Puerto Banus is around 20 mins away and it is only 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.  

SERVICES

The villa is installed with air conditioning throughout for both heating & cooling,  a solar hot water system, underfloor heating in the bathrooms,  built-in USB points for charging your phones etc, a security alarm and smoke detectors.  There are feature lights both inside & out and a colour-changing light in the swimming pool to enjoy all of the different areas in the villa, as much in the evening as in the daytime.

We have great contacts for airport transfers,  local taxi services directly to and from the villa,  private catering options and also an arrivals shopping service,  so that you can sit back and relax from the moment you arrive 😊

There will be fresh bed linen and bathroom & pool/spa towels provided plus a supply of gas & firewood for the BBQ & pizza oven. And to help you settle in, you will also find complimentary toiletries in each bedroom & some welcome refreshments on arrival.

CHECK-IN info

Our team is available throughout your stay, including meeting you at the villa with your keys and  show you briefly how everything works at your check-in,  & again at your checkout,  so there is no need to collect keys or to arrange to drop off keys. 

We will be in touch by text so that you have our contact details a few days ahead of your arrival and we will send you a location map and keep in touch from when you land (or set off if you coming by car).
