Villa Caiseal is located in Elviria, Marbella, in a quiet residential area. The villa has beautiful decor in a luxury-chic style throughout, making it perfect for a special family holiday, or for couples to visit and enjoy a long-weekend in Marbella.

There are many outside areas to enjoy at the villa, filled with mature tropical planting making it very private and an elevated position, looking across Elviria. The swimming pool is very generous in size and includes a swim-up bar for relaxing in the water. There is a selection of sunbeds, chill-out poufs, a parasol shade and a pool shower. The pool bar and BBQ area includes bar stools, a large outdoor fridge, a free-standing BBQ, outside sink and also the feature pizza oven with a 'pizza booth’ style seating area, for enjoying a perfect ‘pool day’ with your friends or family. You can also use the pool, gardens & other outside areas equally during the evening and all year round, as there is feature lighting outside and an option to have the pool heated, if you are visiting during the winter. The villa is fully equipped. It has a large lounge with electric fireplace, TV & dining area, a feature sunroom with electric louvred roof and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and includes all cookware, glasses, crockery etc. There is also an outside dining table and soft seating area outside the kitchen, set beneath a beautiful thatched pergola and surrounded by pine trees.

There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with built-in wardrobes and a family/guest bathroom adjacent. On the upper floor, there are 3 more bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious and includes a dressing room, ensuite with walk-in shower plus a small balcony with mountain views. Bedroom 2 has extensive wardrobes, an ensuite with a bath-tub and also a small balcony. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom, comprising 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite with shower.

PLEASE NOTE : Villa Caiseal is located in a quiet residential area, which makes it ideal for families or couples holidays. For this reason, we do not rent to large groups of under 30s, or Hen /Stag parties.

LOCATION

The villa is within walking distance, or 5-6 minutes drive to one of Marbella’s best white sandy beaches, where there is a variety of beach bars & restaurants with loungers to rent, plus lots of other activities close by including watersports, tennis and many golf courses just a short drive away.

Within 5-6 minutes walk from the villa, there is a good selection of bars, restaurants & local shops, plus the centre of Elviria with its pretty plaza, supermarkets, bars & restaurants, children’s parks and a local street market, is just a few minutes drive away.

It is around 15 mins drive to Marbella town centre & marina, with sandy bays and the picturesque Old Town with luxury boutiques and the famous Orange Square. It is 20 minutes drive to Puerto Banus, where you can enjoy the glamourous shopping, nightlife & marina and just 30 minutes from Malaga Airport.

SERVICES

The villa includes hot & cold air conditioning, solar hot water, smoke detectors, security alarm, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. There is also a private covered parking for 1 car, ample on-street parking and a pedestrian gate which lead to a flight of garden steps up to the villa.

In-keeping with the luxury standard of the villa, guests will receive complimentary toiletries & welcome refreshments on arrival, plus fresh bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and a supply of gas for the BBQ will be provided for your stay.

We also have great contacts for airport transfers,  local taxi services directly to and from the villa,  private catering options and also an arrivals shopping service,  so that you can sit back and relax from the moment you arrive 😊

CHECK-IN info

Our team is available throughout your stay, including meeting you at the villa with your keys and  show you briefly how everything works at your check-in,  & again at your checkout,  so there is no need to collect keys or to arrange to drop off keys. 

We will be in touch by text so that you have our contact details a few days ahead of your arrival and we will send you a location map and keep in touch from when you land (or set off if you coming by car).
