This luxurious villa is located in the exclusive area of Elviria, in a private setting overlooking the valley. It is just 5 minutes drive to a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants, banks & a supermarket. The beach is around 10 minutes drive away and it is one of Marbella’s best white sandy beaches. There are sun-loungers to rent, a great selection of beach bars & restaurants plus lots of activities, watersports & golf courses closeby.

The villa has many outside areas to enjoy the sun or the shade. You can enjoy the swimming pool & BBQ area equally during the night or day & all year round, as there is an option to have the pool heated for your stay if you are visiting during the winter.

The villa has a spacious split-level design with a large breakfast bar kitchen, integrated appliances, cookware, glasses, crockery etc & lounge-bar stools. There is an inside & outside dining area, a lounge with bioethanol fireplace, a separate guest wc and private lift. From the lounge and dining room, there is a large covered terrace with an outside dining table & soft seating overlooking the pool.

The pool has an infinity design, with a shoreline border overlooking the valley, perfect for relaxing. There are a selection of sunbeds, two balinese day beds and a pool shower. The BBQ area includes a large gas BBQ, sink and storage plus adjacent is additional seating, perfect for enjoying the views.

The villa has 6 bedrooms in total. On the upper floor, there are 3 large double bedrooms, all of which have their own ensuite bathroom, TV & built-in wardrobes plus their own patio or balcony with outdoor seating and amazing views across Elviria and to the sea. There is a 4th double bedroom located on the lower floor with a large ensuite bathroom including bath-tub and a large separate office/family room adjacent, followed by a further 5^th double/twin bedroom with extra sofa bed and a sixth small double bedroom, which share a family bathroom.

There is also an entertainments area on the lower floor which includes a large bar equipped with fridges, dishwasher & feature lighting, a surround-sound home cinema room with cinema loungers and a yoga-workout area with adjoining terrace, comprising yoga mats, step machine, weights & a small drinks fridge.

The villa is installed with a private lift, air conditioning throughout for both heating & cooling, Wi-Fi, a security alarm and smoke detectors. There are also feature lights both inside & out including in the pool, so that you can enjoy using all of the different outside areas in the villa, as much in the evening as in the daytime.
