VILLA AMAPOLA |  Luxury-chic, 5-6 bedroom villa with heated pool, MARBELLA

Just minutes walk to the beach, luxurious villa sleeping up to 10-12, with private heated pool, outside kitchen with bar & BBQ.

Villa Amapola is located close to El Rosario, in the quiet beach-side area of Las Chapas, Marbella. It has beautiful decor in a luxury-chic style throughout,  making it perfect for a special family holiday, or for couples to visit and enjoy a long-weekend in Marbella.

There are many outside areas to enjoy at the villa. The swimming pool is generous in size and includes a built-in bench seat design for sitting back & relaxing in the water. There are a selection of sunbeds, a large day bed, chill-out poufs, a parasol shade and a solar shower. The pool bar and BBQ area include 8 bar stools, a large outdoor fridge, ice storage, a large gas BBQ and outside sink, for enjoying a perfect ‘pool day’ with your friends or family. You can also use the pool & BBQ area equally during the evening all year round, as there is feature lighting outside and an option to have the pool heated, if you are visiting during the winter. The villa is fully equipped. It has a large island kitchen, lounge-style bar stools and a dining area in the ‘tower’ which can seat 12 'in the round'. There are integrated kitchen appliances including a coffee machine, all cookware, glasses, crockery etc. There is a large outside dining table and soft seating overlooking the pool,  plus a separate lounge with electric fireplace,  a guest toilet and an exterior laundry room with a large washing machine, separate tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and washing lines.

There are 2 main double  bedrooms on the ground floor each with their own built-in wardrobes. One double bedroom has a feature stepped entrance, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and access directly to the garden. The other double bedroom can be used as either a double bedroom or a twin room and is located adjacent to the family bathroom which is accessed from the hallway including a full length bath-tub with shower. Across the hallway,  there is a family room (separate to the lounge), also with direct access to the garden. This room can be used as a TV room,  office space or as a 6th bedroom,  as it includes a double sofa bed, a small wardrobe and can share the family bathroom in front.

On the upper floor, there are 3 more large double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and their own ensuite bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a feature bathroom inside the ‘tower’ including a walk-in shower plus a small balcony with sea-views. The two other bedrooms comprise one double bedroom facing the garden with a Juliette balcony and sea-views and a double / twin bedroom to the front with mountain views.

PLEASE NOTE : Villa Amapola is located in a quiet residential area, which makes it ideal for families or couples holidays. For this reason, we do not rent to large groups of under 30s, or Hen /Stag parties. Thank you

LOCATION

The villa is within 5 minutes walking distance to one of Marbella’s best white sandy beaches, where there is a variety of beach bars & restaurants with loungers to rent, plus lots of other activities close by including watersports, tennis and many golf courses just a short drive away.

Within 5-6 minutes walk from the villa, there is a good selection of bars, restaurants & local shops, plus the centre of Elviria with its pretty plaza, supermarkets, bars & restaurants, children’s parks and a local street market, is just a few minutes drive away.

It is around 10 mins drive to Marbella town centre & marina, with sandy bays and the picturesque Old Town with luxury boutiques and the famous Orange Square. It is 15 minutes drive to Puerto Banus, where you can enjoy the glamourous shopping, nightlife & marina and just 35 minutes from Malaga Airport.

The villa includes hot & cold air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, solar hot water, smoke detectors, security alarm, Wi-Fi , satellite TV plus there are built-in USB points ready for charging your phone or devices by each bedside and also in the kitchen.  There is free on-street parking,  or an option to include driveway parking if preferred. In-keeping with the luxury standard of the villa, guests will receive complimentary toiletries & welcome refreshments on arrival, plus fresh bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and a supply of gas for the BBQ will be provided for your stay.

We also have great contacts for airport transfers, local taxi services directly to and from the villa, private catering options and also an arrivals shopping service, so that you can sit back and relax from the moment you arrive 😊

CHECK-IN info

Our team is available throughout your stay, including meeting you at the villa with your keys and show you briefly how everything works at your check-in, & again at your checkout, so there is no need to collect keys or to arrange to drop off keys.

We will be in touch by text so that you have our contact details a few days ahead of your arrival and we will send you a location map and keep in touch from when you land (or set off if you coming by car).
